Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard Delivery: Arrives in 3–5 business days.

  • Express Delivery: Need it sooner? Choose Express at checkout for 1–2 business day delivery.

  • Tracking: Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

 

Returns Policy

Sometimes things don’t work out—and that’s okay. We offer a straightforward return process to keep your experience stress-free.

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.

  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings, swimwear, and undergarments cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
